Weekend 1:

  • Show set up Thursday, December 12, 3pm – 7pm
  • Show times: Friday Reception: December 13, 7-10pm; Open daytime: December 14, 11-5; December 15, 1-5pm (tear down exhibition)

Weekend 2:

  • Set up Thursday, December 20, 3pm – 7pm
  • Show times: December 21, 7-10pm; December 22, 11-5; December 23, 1-5pm (tear down exhibition)

Fees:

  • Installation Room: 1 artist (with a plinth outside room for sales/chair), wall space only, $150 per weekend
  • Main Gallery Room: 9 Set ups with table or plinth space plus wall; 1 center of room space with rack/plinth space, $100 per weekend. Plinths and Tables will be supplied by cre8ery.

Artist Responsibility:

  1. selling their own work, 0 commission paid, be in attendance to sell their own work
  2. using credit card services through cre8ery, 25% per transaction (covers our taxes and transaction fee)
  3. Artists will need to supply their own table coverings.

*Gallery will print 25 invites per artist, create a facebook event page, provide a food table and cash bar for the receptions.

*This will be a show limited only to the main gallery, all studios will be open as well for the ‘cre8ery gallery and studio open house/auxiliary gallery’.

*All Auxiliary gallery works will be purchased through cre8ery gallery and studio for 25% of sales as well as any artists using classroom studio for the weekends*

*Must be current 2019 members at the time of application, acceptance, and exhibition.

*Must apply for the two weekends separately.
